Jump rings made of 925 silver and 14K gold filled
Jump rings or binding rings are indispensable in jewelery making for connecting jewelery parts. They are used for connections between clasps, chains, pendants and other jewelry components. They are available in different wire thicknesses and diameters and as open or closed rings. In addition to jump rings, there are also small key rings that can be used to create a stable connection between two components without soldering. Our jump rings are available in yellow gold, rose gold and silver.
Open and closed jump rings
Open jump rings are broken in one place so they can be bent open to thread something onto the ring. For example, such a chain can be connected to a clasp. By bending the two ends together, the ring can be closed again and the threaded parts can no longer come loose. However, if the load is too high, there is a risk that the jump ring will accidentally bend open. To avoid this, the jump rings can be soldered, which prevents accidental opening.
Closed jump rings are delivered already soldered so that the ring cannot be opened here. Nothing can be threaded onto these rings, but they are well suited for making a chain clasp, for example, as a counterpart to the spring ring. Closed jump rings have the advantage that they do not accidentally open when worn.

There are different pack sizes in our shop. There is a volume discount when purchasing larger packaging units, as the larger packaging units have a discounted price compared to purchasing the smallest unit.
